SprintFast for Digital Agencies

Client reporting shouldn't eat your delivery budget.

Agencies running multiple client teams lose hours every sprint manually compiling status updates. SprintFast generates client-ready summaries across every engagement — automatically.

The agency reporting problem

The sprint is done. The update is not.

Delivery teams move fast. Client communications don't. Every agency carries the same hidden cost: hours spent bridging the gap between what shipped and what clients hear about it.

Account managers chasing devs for status

Every sprint, someone is pinging engineers for updates that could have been pulled directly from Jira. SprintFast eliminates the ask.

Different clients, different formats

One client wants a bullet list. Another wants a narrative. SprintFast drafts to the right level of detail per engagement — without starting from scratch each time.

Updates going stale before they are sent

By the time the update is written, approved, and formatted, the sprint is already two days old. SprintFast generates the draft the moment the sprint closes.

Billing hours burned on internal comms

Time spent on reporting is time not spent on delivery. SprintFast gives those hours back to the work clients actually pay for.

How it works

Jira sprint data in, client-ready summary out.

SprintFast reads your closed sprint issues directly from Jira and produces a polished, human-readable update — ready for your account manager to review before it reaches the client.

Client-Ready Summary

Built for agencies

The draft arrives with the missing context filled in.

SprintFast is designed around the reporting gaps agencies live in every day: what finished in Jira, what changed in GitHub, and what clients need to read next.

Multi-client dashboard

All client sprints in one view. See what closed, what is in draft, and what has been sent — across every engagement at a glance.

Per-client tone controls

Generate a technical deep-dive for one client and an executive summary for another, from the same sprint data.

White-label ready

Summaries go out in your agency's voice, not a product's. Clients see your brand, your language, and your standard of care.

Aggregate reporting

Roll up delivery progress across all client engagements for internal leadership — without building a separate reporting layer.

A client reporting workflow your agency will actually keep using.

SprintFast fits the operating rhythm already in your agency: connect the client's sources, review the draft, and send only the version that represents your standard.

1

Connect each client team to its own sources

Scope each team to its own Jira project. Each client engagement gets its own members, summary history, and delivery context — under a single connected account.

2

Review the draft before your client does

Account managers get notified when a summary is ready. Edit the tone, adjust the framing, and approve it — all before it leaves your hands.

3

Send with confidence across every account

Deliver polished, accurate client updates at the cadence you promise — without the manual effort that used to make that cadence unsustainable.

Questions & Answers

Can we manage multiple client teams under one account?

Yes. The Organisation plan supports up to 15 teams under a single Jira and GitHub connection. Each team is scoped to its own Jira project, with its own members and summary history. The Enterprise plan removes the team limit entirely.

Can we customise summaries per client before sending?

Every summary arrives as a draft. Account managers can edit the wording, adjust the level of technical detail, and approve the message before it is marked as sent.

Does SprintFast support release-based reporting as well as sprint-based?

Yes. Teams can generate summaries from closed Jira sprints or released Jira versions — whichever matches how you communicate progress with that client.

Is there a way to see reporting across all clients at once?

The Organisation plan includes aggregate digests and leadership roll-up reporting, so you have visibility across all active client engagements without switching between team views.
